To submit an idea and profit from your public policy concept, you must first obtain a copyright of the public policy concept from the U.S. Copyright Office at www.copyright.gov, because the date that they receive your application will secure your priority. Then, you will have to sign a contract, agreeing to abide by the PolitialSheepdog rules for intellectual property for policy innovators that will try to create a fair market price for your policy. Then, submit your policy to us once a month, until, we finish the contract and you sign it.
